decades, Scott Seaton has helped high tech companies sell
effectively. Prior to founding ListenPoint, he was President of
Sales Productivity Group, which helped technology companies
customize and implement worldwide enterprise sales processes. As
Vice President of Channel Sales at Viewlogic Systems, he developed
and managed the company's OEM, VAR, and Telesales channels (a total
of 5,000 people selling Viewlogic products and services around the
world).

Prior to
founding ListenPoint, Steve played key roles in four successful
startup companies over the past 15 years. Most recently, Steve was
responsible for Strategic Marketing and Planning at WebTrends during
a successful IPO. His comprehensive "Get Close to the Customer"
initiative highlighted the need for an automated, web-based
solution. He has also played key product and corporate marketing
roles at Oblix (a Kleiner Perkins startup), Netscape, Collabra,
Lotus Development, and Hewlett Packard.

Stuart
Thompto has more than 20 years of experience developing innovative
enterprise-oriented software and hosted systems. Previously he was
Vice President of Engineering at Sony Music. Stuart has played key
VP-level roles at five different leading-edge companies including
CrossWorlds Software where he managed an organization of almost 100
people, covering seven different product lines. Previously, he was
with Sybase for a number of years as Senior Director of the Parallel
Products and Server/Connectivity Groups. Stuart received a B.A. in
Mathematics from the University of Colorado.

Bill
Cibulsky has been a vice president of sales at four public software
companies and has a long track record of success managing direct
sales, channels, and international operations. Most recently, he was
Division Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Cadence Design Systems
where he managed 120 sales people and 50 VARs. He also served as
Vice President of Channel Management. In addition to Cadence, Bill
has held executive sales roles at QuickTurn Design Systems, Zycad
Corporation, and Apollo Computer (acquired by HP).

Most
recently Jalil designed and implemented numerous distributed
applications used by Excite@Home's customers and customer support
center. He's also developed distributed systems at DHL International
to manage their private network infrastructure. Jalil is a prolific
author of books on software components and security; his newest
book, "Secure Networking with Windows 2000," will be published by
Addison-Wesley later this year.
